Follow up to above review. After one return visit to ease one of the doors, it was still sticking slightly and got worse. Reece has failed to respond to 2 requests for a second return to sort it out. Reece fitted 2 external hardwood doors, having provided a competitive fixed quote that he stuck to despite minor changes. Communications were always first rate and he started and completed exactly as promised. Reece himself is very personable and a pleasure to do business with. Reece worked hard fitting our new doors, even though the frames weren't square and he had to trim edges to fit, he did an excellent job. He also filled and sanded where previous hinge and latch positions were. He was polite and friendly, tidied up after himself and always explained what he was doing or what he planned to do.
