Kieran did excellent work to our damp problem and his work was first class. Always left our house clean and his attention to detail was very professional. He was very friendly and unobtrusive. Highly recommended.

Kieran's knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. His communication was excellent, he kept us fully updated throughout. We had an idea of what we thought we needed, but Kieran explained in detail that some of that was unnecessary, which saved us money. Kieran was honest, respectful and friendly, and I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him.

What an incredibly honest, trustworthy, knowledgable and friendly man! Kieran was very friendly and helpful when arranging the quote and understanding of a family schedule. He tested all floors, walls and cavities that I was concerned about and told me that actually no work needed to be carried out as it was all not reading as damp and the existing bitumen didn't actually need removing. I'm so impressed with his honesty as proofing the 3 rooms (1 rather large) would have put a lot of money his way.

I am a remote landlord and required investigation and treatment for rising and penetrating damp in my property. My communication with Kieran was all done via email, whatsapp ,text and direct phone calls. His communication was clear and concise. He obviously is an expert. Additionally he was able to identify for me and liaise with other trades to get the complete job done , namely scaffolders , decorators and roofers. He is very personable and a delight to have on the job and work, with having my best interests always at the heart of the project. He was fast and efficient - recommended.
