  Boiler check and a really thorough service

  An annual gas safety check by another tradesperson resulted in a report comment of low boiler pressure. Which resulted in me finding Jack @ KnightsHeating. Professional, prompt, happy to talk through all the options available to me, and whilst the job turned out to be trickier than we'd hoped, he honourably stuck with his fixed price quote. Jack is now my "go to guy" for all future gas safety checks and boiler services. As an ex British Gas boiler engineer, he really knows his stuff.

  Fixing a combi boiler where the heating was only working if hot water was turned on

  Very professional and knowledgeable engineer, he diagnosed the issue straight away and gave me lots of useful advice about how to maintain and operate the boiler going forward for optimal functioning. Very polite, tidy and experienced, I would use him again, fully recommended.
