We woke up on Christmas morning to no hot water whatsoever. Dan was able to get over to look at the issue, incredibly within about 10 minutes. He took the time out of his morning to solve the issue and was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and what parts would need replacing in the longer term. Dan was a brilliant help all round, very willing and definitely knew his stuff. Would highly recommend to anyone else needing assistance!

Excellent service. They immediately understood what I wanted and despite being very busy fitted me in a bit a time until everything was completed. I would certainly recommend them, the standard of work was excellent and all cleaned up afterwards. The shower is better now than it has ever been.

I doubt if many plumbers would turn up on Christmas Day to fix a leaking pipe but this one did! Our grateful thanks
