    Kneller & Kneller are a very professional company who are friendly, thorough and communicative. Me and my family have used their services for multiple jobs and are always very happy with the work carried out. I would reccomend them to anyone who is in need of electrical work doing around the home.

    Rewiring

    We recently had Kneller and Kneller rewire our house and couldn’t be happier with the service. The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard, and the quoted price was very reasonable. They included plastering afterwards, which saved us having to find someone else. They were friendly, professional, punctual and made sure to tidy up after themselves each day and did a thorough clean before leaving, including taking all rubbish with them. Highly recommended!

    Fantastic local Company who go above and beyond!

    We have used Kneller & Kneller previously and they have become our go to Company. We needed outside electric installed into the bottom garden outbuilding plus an external waterproof socket. Brilliant workmanship, took one day with two professional Electricians who were very accommodating. Definitely value for money, very trustworthy and all round nice people to deal with. Fully certified work.

    Lack of care but good customer service

    There was lack of care from the electrician as he damaged one of my light fittings, chipped my wooden floor from his tools falling (which happened a few times) and I had to tell him to get a dust cloth before working in an area that had a white rug. I think what was even more annoying was that the electrician didn't even notice the damage he was causing, almost like he was oblivious to what he was doing. On the other hand the customer service was good as I was offered compensation for the lack of care.

    Thankyou for your review and im so sorry you were not happy with the quality of work. I assure you this is not usually the case as you can see from our reviews. It was clear the electrician wasn't having a good day and I have spoken to the electrician that did the work. It's no excuse but the electrician that usually does the kind of work was off sick that day. I appreciate the feedback and apologies or the damage we caused and hope the compensation helped. I will learn from this for the future and hope this doesn't happen again.
