There was lack of care from the electrician as he damaged one of my light fittings, chipped my wooden floor from his tools falling (which happened a few times) and I had to tell him to get a dust cloth before working in an area that had a white rug. I think what was even more annoying was that the electrician didn't even notice the damage he was causing, almost like he was oblivious to what he was doing. On the other hand the customer service was good as I was offered compensation for the lack of care.

Contracted with K&K to fit an up to date fuse box at my home. Preliminary check on installation and subsequent remedial work and fitting of fuse box carried out very well. K&K responded very quickly to a couple of follow-up queries. All communications were effective and the electrician was very professional throughout. Explained things to me clearly.

The electrician arrived at my house on time. He explained to me what order he would be doing the jobs. He was very professional taking care as he worked. Stephanie who runs the company and arranges the quotes is very helpful. This company is very reliable and the prices quoted are very reasonable. I was very pleased with the quality of work done, the electrician was very polite. When he finished Completing the jobs he took away all the rubbish and left my house lovely and tidy. The electrician is a credit to kneller and kneller, I would recommend him to everyone. Excellent standard of work.
