Job location: MK13KMI locksmiths contacted me soon after posting the job and we agreed a time do the job. They called on the day to confirm my address and they would be attending. A price was quoted once they had reviewed the work required and completed well.10 Conservatory door lock

It was a Sunday evening when we went to secure our home, only to discover that the front door handle wouldn’t lift, preventing us from locking the door. After a brief moment of panic, we attempted to fix it ourselves, but it just wouldn’t budge. Meko reached out to me just minutes after I submitted a request through Checkatrade, and as luck would have it, he was nearby! From the time we identified the problem to when Meko had fixed it was under an hour! KMI contacted me and arranged a visit. Turned up promptly and assessed job. Returned a little later and repaired lock, fitting new parts. Kept me informed throughout and then went further and adjusted door in frame making door close like it used to when new. Very polite and courteous.
