Fast communication and job sorted efficiently following day

Martin was great, explained about new door handles needed were not standard and what I needed. Fitted the new lock quickly and also quoted for a window which wasn't closing. Will certainly look at using him for the window.

First, we talked through the work for an hour at 11 pm. Trade photos etc. once Martin was satisfied he showed up THE NEXT MORNING at 10am on time and proceeded to completely re work my door to make a lock that didn’t fit look like a custom high end job. I truly cannot explain how impressed I was with his problem solving skills and his overall work. I can’t recommend Martin highly enough but I can guarantee you his reviews are real.
