New bathroom and downstairs toilet fitted. Including building me an in shower step and a lot of tiling. Kyle and Sean were brilliant. They supplied and fitted panelling downstairs and were a pleasure to have in the house. Couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s like showering in a fancy hotel.

Kyle and Shaun ( K M Construction) were absolutely outstanding. They are consciousness workers helping resolve problems that were unearthed during refurbishment. I have recommended him to my family and would certainly call on them when I require more work done.

The work carried out by K M construction was absolutely fantastic and to an extremely high standard. The engagement from start to finish has been fantastic. The workmanship was to the highest standards. K M construction consulted with me at the start of the engagement and helped me make a number of decisions before purchasing my products. They kept the disruption to my property to a minimum and standards of cleanliness were fantastic. The fitting was perfect and attention to detail was at the highest standard. I cannot recommend K M construction more highly.

KMConstruction did a complete refurbishment of our large laundry room downstairs toilet and several smaller jobs such as fitting an outdoor tap, bathroom counter top and toilet. It’s an old stone cottage, so no straight walls. Kyle was very organised, thorough, professional, polite and tidy. He and his team transformed the room into a lovely efficient, clean space. We would have no reservations in recommending this firm.

Kyle is UNBELIEVABLY good! He’s the very best builder I have ever come across – by a country mile. (In fact, referring to him as a builder does not do him justice – he is a real CRAFTSMAN). He speaks with the knowledge and experience of 50 years in the trade, although in fact his true experience is a lot less – you’d never guess it. Everything Kyle has done is utterly TOP QUALITY – Kyle doesn’t WANT to be a perfectionist – he just simply IS a perfectionist by nature! And SPOTLESSLY clean. He cleaned, brushed and vacuumed every day, sometimes twice per day. Unbelievable.

Fitting a new bannister is the third job Kyle has done for us, after fitting a new kitchen, and new oak doors throughout the house. He is always very professional, courteous and always does an excellent job.
