Excellent service from KLS Appliance Repairs. Quick response, fair pricing, and very professional throughout. The engineer arrived on time, diagnosed the fault straight away, and had my appliance working perfectly in no time. Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Top oven and grill no longer working… after a failed attempt at repairing myself, called in the professionals. KLS responded and came round within 48 hours. Assessed the damage, ordered the parts and fitted only days later. Would recommend this company to anyone local to the Reading and surrounding areas.

The fridge door was not closing properly. Wayne established that the door hanging was not right. He put in a replacement bush which corrected the problem. Very pleased with the completed repair.

Call out fee was on par with other quotes. No hidden costs as everything was explained clearly and each step was confirmed by email. I was happy that the problem with my washing machine was resolved for a reasonable fee. I saw 2 engineers and both were friendly, courteous and interacted well. Could improve on communication, confirming arrival time slots, and when return arranged, received text to say they’ll book me in later in the week! They did however swap things around and came on the day expected, so still very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Company were really prompt in responding to my initial contact and booked their attendance for a couple of days after. On the day the engineer kept me well informed of when they'd be arriving and in fact arrived earlier than expected. Engineer was friendly and professional, explained exactly what the issue was and advised on what would be needed to fix the problem. A second appointment was arranged to fit a replacement part, again engineer kept us well informed. Would definitely use this company again.
