  Kris carried out a routine boiler service. Good communication when organising and on the day, and took his time to explain what he was checking and how the boiler was doing, all for a good price. Would highly recommend and will certainly book again in the future

  My boiler was dead recently. Kris was the first to reply with clear communication. He came the next day and identified issues. He offered professional advice that a new boiler was needed, and then gave a competitive quote. He came after one day with his colleague Richard, and completed the job within a day. Kris kindly organised a cherry picker for accessing the roof, without extra charge. Both worked professionally, and provided me clear instructions for the new boiler and thermostat. They are polite and good communicators. and I would highly recommend them to others.
