Peter arrived promptly, checked the work to be carried out, and was able to also clean 4 rugs, the downstairs loo and landing, that I had forgotten to include in my list !! He was extremely professional, thorough and my carpets look stunning! The cost was very reasonable, and I would recommend him 100%.

Peter did an amazing job of cleaning and more importantly removing the large stained areas. And cost charged was low for all the work he did. Arrived on time and as promised all cleaning done in 1 day. Gave precise instructions on drying time and provided plastic overshoes for the drying period. Our very tired & marked carpet looked 100% despite it being 20 years old (good qty carpet). Will definitely use Zenzall again and more frequently
