I got home to find I had no electrical power in my house. National grid said that they had no reported power cuts and thought it might be my meter. I couldn't get through to my provider and was left with the prospect of having no power for the weekend. I found KL Electrical Solutions on Checkatrade, called them, they asked some questions and came out, as promised, within an hour. They assessed the problem and were able to establish that there was no power coming into the house. The guy then called National Grid, explained the situation. They came out soon afterwards and fixed the issue.

I had ordered a cooker for my new home and was recommended Karl by a friend to fit it for me. Karl fitted me at sort notice and was very informative. Little did I know that our home runs on a low amp and the cooker I brought would have kept blowing the fuse and could have been dangerous! Karl talked it through with me and recommended a suitable amp. I returned the cooker and purchased the correct amp and Karl came back and fitted it for me. Karl was very friendly, professional and our safety was his top priority. Would absolutely recommend!

Karl and his co-worker Sean were very prompt, polite, professional, and perfect for the job. Very open and honest in their approach, right from first meeting, until the end of the job. They were very considerate about safety, and gave regular updates as they were working, about how the job was going, and any concerns were highlighted. Even though, due to a necessary change of plan, the job took much longer than originally anticipated, the original quote remained the same, so no hidden extras added. Overall, I would highly recommend Karl for anything electrical. Also, Very friendly.

We 100% recommend K.L. electrical Solutions after they came out late at night to help us after we lost our lighting in our house. Very polite, friendly and efficient.
