Pros: -Really good quality of work w attention to detail -Very knowledgeable (investigated,found and fixed a waste stack leak)-Fast workers -Excellent communication, which is a rare find in the sector.I was on holidays while the works took place and Steve was messaging me daily with updates sending pictures and keeping updated about any changes (the discovered leak added to the works and the total cost) Cons: -I'm still waiting for the invoice sending all payments -Miscommunication about number of cars resulted in 3 PCNs i was expected to pay. I only had 1 visitors parking spot. I paid 2

Very positive experience. Full of ideas to solve a host of problems we inherited with the house, Steve and the team were eager to get work done and delivered to the highest standard. Taking pride in their work, they were always looking for ways to add value and were very responsive to changing requests. Work included significant building works to remove chimney breast; external walling; drainage repairs; external render repairs and repainting; internal redecoration including plastering, woodwork and redecoration (including carpet laying). All delivered to the highest standard.

Steve and his team landscaped our garden between February and March. They did an excellent job of removing some tough hedges, putting up garden fences, building a small brick wall with a custom-made iron gate, levelling the ground, laying patio tiles and filling in the plant beds with topsoil. Throughout Steve was diligent and worked through some poor weather to make sure the job was done on time. We’re very happy with the work.

This is the second time I have used KLB. Again Steve and the team did a great job - fitting a kitchen, including moving electrics, plumbing, lighting and putting in french windows. They had to cope with a few unexpected issues during the work - but managed to figure out how to sort things out. As before they were reliable, easy to work with, finished the work to a high standard. No hesitation in recommending them.

Steve and the team did a great job - I had an extension that was in very poor shape and pretty much unusable and they completely transformed it. I now have a lovely new bathroom and a very handy utility room. They were lovely to have around, reliable, polite and professional. I am very happy with the standard of workmanship. No hesitation in recommending KLB and will definitely be asking them to quote on additional work needed on my house in 2024!

Great attention to detail, pleasure to deal with, good communication, beautiful result. Very happy and would definitely recommend. Just what we wanted, delivered to time and budget. Also came up with good suggestions during the project to get the best result.
