James, was absolutely fantastic. He did everything he said he would do, was happy to go through his process and give me tips on little diy things I could do myself! I think it’s crucial having someone honest, punctual and trusting in your home… and James is just that. He was respectful of my time, always made sure everything was good by me and stuck to his word throughout - a great communicator. He also has great taste in music, so that’s a bonus! Very pleased.
