  Extension to rear of house

  Kris sat down with us and went through our structural plans, Kris understood what we wanted, and that we probably wouldn’t be the easiest client. Minor changes had to be made to our structural plans, what was on paper didn’t work in practice, these were overcome by Kris with simple solutions. Throughout the build Kris has been in constant contact, even when his team rather than Kris himself were onsite. As an outcome we have exactly what we want, a blend of old and new that works perfectly for our family. We couldn't have achieved what we have without Kris and would highly recommend him to you

  Decking, render & monocouche

  Beautiful composite decking and render with monocouche to finish off my extension. Looks fantastic and completed in quick time. Comms great from Keus again as always.

  New large driveway

  Very happy with my new driveway. The slope and existing borders created a few issues but they were all solved easily. The in drive lighting looks great too as does the path to my front door. Communication was top notch too so it was always clear what was going on and what the timings were.

  Luxury Home Transformation – Outstanding Craftsmanship! We are beyond thrilled with our bespoke home extension, completed to an exceptional standard! The project included bi-fold doors, two huge automatic skylights, underfloor heating, a pocket door installation, electrical work, tiling, carpentry, garden reconfiguration with slabs, and a toilet rearrangement for added functionality.   Large ground floor extension/refit & new driveway

  Kris was a very good communicator throughout, even at quote stage before even winning the project. His team were all very friendly and professional and the result looks amazing. Kris’ wider team of partners for carpentry, electrics and painting were all equally excellent in the way they dealt with me and the quality of their work. The last thing to mention is that Kris fights for the best price for his clients, which allowed me to save money on materials in several areas. Would happily recommend KJ’s for projects.
