  Single Storey extension

  Kris and his team built a single storey extension for us Groundwork included knocking down a well built conservatory with solid walls and then excavating a lot of chalk. Three grab lorries needed to clear waste. They liaised with our structural engineer and building control all the way to make sure the footings and build were correct. The back of the house had to be removed and supported whilst the new steels were put in, which had to be craned over the house. Kris kept me advised all the way of any changes needed. Team cleaned up at end of each day.

  Two-Storey Extension

  Kris and his team completed the foundations and built all the brickwork on our two storey extension. They also completed a large elevated patio for us. We are delighted with the result and so grateful for all their hard work. Kris is very knowledgable in the building trade and we thank Kris and his team!

  Extension to rear of house

  Kris sat down with us and went through our structural plans, Kris understood what we wanted, and that we probably wouldn’t be the easiest client. Minor changes had to be made to our structural plans, what was on paper didn’t work in practice, these were overcome by Kris with simple solutions. Throughout the build Kris has been in constant contact, even when his team rather than Kris himself were onsite. As an outcome we have exactly what we want, a blend of old and new that works perfectly for our family. We couldn't have achieved what we have without Kris and would highly recommend him to you

  Decking, render & monocouche

  Beautiful composite decking and render with monocouche to finish off my extension. Looks fantastic and completed in quick time. Comms great from Keus again as always.
