10 Central Heating Faulty - No Hot Water

Kevin was amazing. Very professional, Great communication, He investigated the issues with our boiler and fixed the same day. He knows what he’s doing!!! Thank you so much, We’ve been without hot water for one month. Kevin was quick to respond, stopping the leak, fixing the pipe and saving me from a huge amount of damage. Excellent work . Persistent low pressure warning on boiler is now corrected . Kevin was able to quickly identify where the problem was and corrected it in no time - professional, knowledgeable and very prompt in responding. He did an excellent job . Kevin got in touch very quickly and visited our home the following day to diagnose the issue and provide options. He provided a quote soon after. On the day he arrived early and completed the work to a top standard, Kevin later emailed me the guarantee and gas safety certificates. Kevin was punctual,professional,patient and very friendly. Carried out the boiler service and other jobs including fixing two leaking outside pipes,replacing toilet and shower rail to a high standard. He also changed a sink washer for no extra charge.
