Very friendly. Came back as a favour to help out in another, unrelated, plumbing matter.

Responded very quickly. Arrived on time. Very polite and did the jobs efficiently and well. Overall I was delighted with the work. 5 star treatment and would definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Ken has done a number of small jobs for me in recent months, including installing a new hand basin, a new toilet cistern and various other repair jobs . All have been to a high standard and he always explains the work he has undertaken and why.
