  Flat roof replacement of dormer window

  Keiran was very good at explaining what needed to be done. We didn't have to wait long for the job to be done either. Kieran was also very good at keeping us informed about it's progress. There was a little bit of friction amongst the crew at one point when things were not going as smoothly as expected but I thought that Kieran dealt with it very well. I would certainly use again.

  Fix roof leak around chimney

  Kieran provided great communication throughout, and took time to explain the both the cause of the problem with our roof, and suggested options to remedy the issue. The work was completed this morning by Kieran and his team as arranged, they have done a nice tidy job and we are very pleased.

  Roof Repair

  Absolutely great from start to finish. Needed a repair to my roof as I had a leak in my loft. Excellent communication throughout and Kieran took pictures of my roof to show me where the damage was a explained what work needed to be carried out. Competitive price too. Highly recommend this professional company.

  Rubber Roof Installation

  Kieran and his team did a superb job replacing an old leaking tiled roof with a Firestone Rubber Roof. Roofline plastics in the same area were replaced as part of the job. The team worked well and clearly took pride in their trade. If I ever need a roofer, I would have no hesitation in using KJB Roofing again. The area was left tidy and the job was charged at the quoted price. A pleasure to deal with.

  Chimney repointed and boundary gutter fitted

  If you're looking for a roofer in the Llandudno area, look no further. Kieran was incredibly helpful. He took the time to come in to the house, and inspect the leaking chimney from the inside so that the issue could be identified accurately. He was able to arrange the scaffolding promptly, and his team started working the following week once the work was agreed. His quote for the work was extremely reasonable, he maintained excellent communication throughout the project, and left the house in tidy condition when complete. I would recommend KJB 100%!
