Not a great experience and no accountability taken. First of all the wrong pipes were fitted as he thought the black pipes were clip over covers so we have ended up with copper pipes instead of the black ones we purchased to match our new radiators. They then requested extra money to change this. Constantly showing up late or not making it on the days they said they would. They came to do the second fix the day after our carpets had been fitted, managed to create three large holes in the walls behind the radiators when installing brackets alongside marking our brand new carpets and blamed us.
