Moving is often cited as one of life's most stressful experiences, so we focus on taking the hassle and stress out of relocating, from start to finish. Our entire service is designed to minimise hassle and allow the customer to focus on the exciting, fun parts of getting settled in a new home. Before the move, customers can request a call-back to get their price estimate. Customers can request an hourly rate, so they know exactly what they'll pay, and our pre-move surveys are specifically designed to identify potential issues that cause stress to the customer - from parking restrictions to narrow stairwells. This also reduces the amount of time our crew are needed, reducing the cost. Our training programmes have been designed to ensure minimal stress during the move. Goods are packed, removed and stored safely and securely, using the best materials and procedures. We offer a post-move cleaning service too, which - combined with our packing service means a customer could theoretically relocate their entire life in a single day without lifting a finger.
