  Fix a broken heating element in our oven

  Plamen was easy to communicate with and flexible with his arrival time. He popped on shoe coverings without hesitation (a big plus in my eyes), diagnosed and fixed our oven within ~20 mins going as far as to showing us the cause of the issue (in this case a broken heating element). Very polite and tidy. Highly recommend.

  FIxing broken American style fridge freezer

  Plamen arrived after sending me a text to say he was on his way. He immediately figured out what the problem was, and fixed it within 10-15 minutes and then waited around a little while to make sure that everything was back working again. He had the part that was needed already in his van. Even when I had a query the next day about something, he messaged me back within minutes. He was very polite and courteous, putting on shoe coverings when he entered the house. He showed me exactly what the problem was so I could see for myself. I would definitely use him again.
