  Plamen was excellent. Fixed price for call out / time to make repair despite fixing fault for thermostat, cut off which required significant work. Courteous, respectful, informative and friendly. I would fully recommend.

  Hotpoint American fridge freezer

  Plamen our engineer investigated the problem quickly and gave a full explanation of the problem. Due to the part needed being a hotpoint compressor it was our choice of fix it or throw it which was left in our hands which gave us time to investigate. We went with a fix and he ordered the part and came back a week later at our convenience. Honest, tidy, quick and 100% recommended.
