The whole experience with Kinson & Birch was excellent. Initial email communication was speedy and polite. The job was booked easily and the guys arrived early on the day. They were exceptionally respectful and worked really hard. They took care moving things in the garden, including heavy potted plants and tidied up really well afterwards. The work was completed exactly as requested and to a high standard. We would absolutely recommend them!

Kinson and Birch's team did a great job - replacing a damaged roof valley on a mansard roof. The lads on the job were very polite, worked hard in ridiculous heat, and turned up on time every day. They kindly also replaced a missing tile on a separate roof, and cleared up nicely at the end. All in all a great job, reliably done. Thank you

Very helpful when contacting about our damp issue that required repointing and fixing a pipe connection. They were able to come out quickly and provide a quote, with work able to be carried out soon after with flexibility to a time that suited us. The work was quick and tidy and it was clearly explained after what had been done.
