Requested a full set of services for the aging roof, but ended up only attending to a partial gutter clean and replacement, as the scope of the job required a lot more than previously thought. I originally pointed this out to their office manager, but apparently they didn't request an initial site investigation or visit, which resulted in delays and the above oversight. The work done was of decent quality and the contractors were pretty good at their job, but overall the company could do with better information acquisition of the job that needs to be done

Kinson and Birch have been a godsend. I had severe damp problems beneath an old difficult roof that a previous roofer failed to fix and most others didn't seem to have any ideas about. Its been a bit of a journey but I'm so grateful for the expertise and patience of Jake, Jimmy and Carly and the team. They stuck with me until the problem was fixed and I can't say how grateful I am

Luke made everything very easy from the initial inspection, through quoting and confirmation. As we were not onsite he kept us update and aware of what was going on. There were extras, once they started, but these were all explained as to requirement and were reasonably priced. Everything was carried out quickly, professionally and efficiently

The work was done quickly, with clear communication and a reasonable price. As a bonus the 2 guys working on it were friendly, charming and professional.

THEY TURNED UP WHEN I WAS EXPECTING AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITH LITTLE FUSS

Difficult to adequately comment on quality of the job done, because I can`t get up onto the roof to see the finished job! However the men were helpful, polite, and they clearly addressed the issues - judging from a garden view - (i.e. at a distance) of the roof. They also took a helpful video to show us the situation up there. Perhaps in future that could also be done on the finished work? Hopefully the leak is now fixed!
