We needed a team to refurbish a neglected roof terrace, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Communication with Luke was always timely and professional, and the whole team—Viss, Koli, Marek, Tarek, and Rudi—handled the painting and preparatory work with great care. Adam and George completed the installation of new decking, fire doors, and trellis with real craftsmanship. All works were completed on time and within the budget, and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work delivered reliably and professionally.

The origin of the exterior brickwork leak wasn’t certain but Kinson and Birch covered all bases by resealing a faulty vent, repointing faulty brick joints and replacing a section of downpipe at no extra charge. They then left the scaffold up for a couple of weeks after work was completed to test for water tightness. The staff both in the office and on site were professional, polite and attentive. Given the need for scaffolding I felt the overall price was reasonable. I would employ them again.

Very speedy response to our initial enquiry. Excellent communication throughout. Although this was a regional firm (and we would usually choose a local firm), Jake was personally based locally and very pleased to have a job in the HP16 area. A relatively simple job was completed in very quick time to our complete satisfaction.
