From pre-build inspection to post build completion Kinross Builders were clear about the demands and costings of the job and informative about all aspects of the process including building regs. Always courteous and helpful with suggestions as to possible build options. Punctual and available whilst the project was underway and flexible whenever required. The build was completed on time and on budget despite the difficulties encountered with materials and deliveries due to demands of the economic climate (covid etc)

On site everyday, we'll organised and very tidy. Steve always available if we had any issues. Had a good team of skilled workers with him. Job looks great, with a top quality finish. Highly recommended company.

Steve from Kinross Builders was recommended from a friend of ours Who had an extension and part refurb done by him.We signed a contract for a single storey rear extension and kitchen fit out. He told us he only works on 1 project at a time and true to his word he was on site every day until the works was completed. They was very friendly and reassureing which helped us through the stressful times.There was a contract drawn up for a payment plan to which was very fair for both parties. We would gladly recommend Steve to anybody.
