Initially we required our Ridge Tiles securing however, on a thorough inspection it was clear water damage had rendered certain areas in need of extensive repairs. We therefore opted to have the entire roof of our bungalow replaced as in doing so other areas may well require repairs. Additionally, another problem entered the equation in that in one weeks time from the above discovery we were due to go overseas. Kingswood Roofing and Guttering went far beyond the normal to achieve the full replacement before we went away. We highly recommend their services and professionalism.

Luke and Joe are very pleasant to deal with. They explained our options fully and once agreed, were able to book our job in quickly. The team arrived promptly and worked quickly and with minimum disruption. We were impressed with the quality of the work carried out and would happily use them again.

Excellent service. Was meant to a gutter repair but turned out to be replacement of wood under facia. Work was thoroughly explained before anything was done. Quote provided quickly and work carried out within days. Communication was excellent and constantly updated. Photos sent as job progressed.

Joseph and Luke were so polite, respectful and helpful and their emphasis was on making sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the job. The workmen arrived daily at 8am and finished around 5pm and even came on Saturday. They were polite and extremely hardworking and did a great job.

Had one roof tile fall off the roof in high winds and wasn’t easy to find a company that would come out for a fairly small job but Kingswood came out to look the same day I called. The roof was too high and dangerous to complete the work from a ladder so I hired a scaffold tower (although Kingswood could have arranged scaffolding) and they came and replaced the missing tile the day after I erected the tower. Great service and on top of that they wouldn’t accept a fee for the work!

Exceptional service. After contacting them they rang back as promised with a time to come round to give an estimate which was the same day. The job was completed on their initial visit. They also rang back after job completed to check we were happy. Can’t praise them enough for their professional and friendly service.
