Fixing broken guttering

Dean and his colleague arrived 30 minutes before they said they would, and started work promptly. They worked very efficiently, fixed the broken guttering, and repaired some roof felting. The work was done to a good standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Dean and his team.

Roof repair

Dean replied promptly to our Checkatrade request for help with a damaged roof. He arrived on the day he said he would, calling around 30 mins before to check we were home, which was appreciated. We haven’t had any bad weather since the repair, so I can’t truly evaluate the quality of the fix - but I’ve no reason to doubt it’s been done properly.

Repair to flat roof

They came out quickly to give a quote. Took pictures of what was causing the leak. Explained what was needed to fix it and gave a price. They came back when they said they would and completed the work, taking photos again to show what they had done. Very polite, knowlegable, efficient and competent. We will definitely keep their details if other work is needed.
