  New Roof over bay Window / Balcony Flooring

  Sean and his team came out over the weekend and made good the final parts of a new balcony flooring / bay window roof and were courteous, patient and happy to work around a very difficult tenant who's unreasonable demands was making life very challenging for everyone. Thank you

  Flat roof replacement

  We have had a leak from a flat roof with different causes/solutions being offered to rectify the problem. A few were tried but did not solve the problem. Sean suggested cutting a hole in the roof to locate the issue. Upshot - the roof from the joists upwards needed replacing. Although the job ended up being bigger than anticipated I was shown the problems and agreed the additional work before anything was done. Sean's team did not try to rush the job and completed each stage to a high standard. They were polite and considerate and kept disruption to a minimum. The completed work looks good.
