Ian was brilliant he contacted me almost straight away to arrange coming to look. I was at work all day so he came after 6. was very helpful got hot water back on found the issue and advised us what to do next. followed up 1st thing next day with quote for part of we wish to go ahead. very fairly priced and more than happy with his service. will be using again in the future

Ian did an excellent job fixing my boiler. he is very knowledgeable and honest. he is reliable and prompt and has good communication. He also kindly unblocked our drain though he only originally came to do the boiler for us. would definitely ask him to service my boiler again!
