We had a great experience with Kingsleigh from start to finish. They did a full refurbishment for us on our 1970s house including a rewire, media wall, new downstairs bathroom, new kitchen, extension, driveway and garden. The final finish was beyond what we expected. Jordan was very easy to talk to and communicated with us regularly from start to finish. We were very happy with the process and faced minimal disruption throughout.

Having purchased our new build property thru Kingsleigh Homes Ltd, we would like to say how happy and impressed we are with Kingsleigh Homes on producing an absolute stunning house. After initial contact with Shawn and going thru the plans and ideas we felt confident and reassured by Shawn’s knowledge and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble when we changed our minds about certain specifications during the build. It was very easy to approach him and get things done. Everything was done with high spec and professionally.

Kingsleigh homes altered my driveway enlarging it considerably more than it was. New curbing to a different shape and tarmacing over new and old drive making one new driveway . Excellent work made good suggestions to make project better all round excellent work. I would definitely recommend them.

Kingsleigh Homes built a bungalow for me in monkton heathfield, their communication throughout the process was extremely effective and kept me informed on the next steps to the build. From the initial consultation and tender submission they proved themselves to be knowledgeable and very experienced in all our requests and requirements. The tender quote provided value for money, was comprehensive yet detailed in a language we could understand and allowed us to track the work’s progress and completed tasks. The work and collaboration of various trades was managed well and efficiently on a daily basis ensuring our property was treated with respect at all times. Definitely use them again
