Minor problems with the controls for the gas hob, and electric grill. This was the first time I had used Check-a-Trade, and it was great to find someone with the knowledge and skills required, having got nowhere with Stoves customer support and other online services. The engineer was very charming, and his advice on the correct way to light the burners on the hob (clearly, we'd been doing it wrong for years!) was worth his visit alone.

Repaired washing machine - issue with heating element

I had been recommended Kingfisher by two neighbours and I’m so glad they had as the engineer was on time, polite, explained in detail the repair and everything was fixed. I liked the request to video and take photos in advance so the engineer could potentially have the correct part to repair on the spot. Highly recommend.
