Great contact before arrival. Work explained and completed by friendly engineer

I've worked multiple times with the team at Kingfisher and thoroughly recommend them. Fair pricing, quick responses and a great level of customer service

The engineer arrived early but rang up in advance to ask if this was OK. I thought the original quote was steep for what I expected to be a simple job but in fact it took rather longer and the engineer took the opportunity to deal with some other niggles I had about the stove and to clean the outside of it thoroughly. His visit took over an hour but he declined any further payment saying he was committed to the quote. The only complaint I would have about the company is that I was given no bill at the time and it has taken two reminders to get one - a fault on the right side

We were extremely pleased with the service. The door of our very old oven wouldn’t shut and Colin was very skilled at resolving it, addressing the temperature regulation and the oven ignition. Highly recommend. It’s reassuring to know who is providing the service and so being able to trust in Colin’ s expertise. I am just about to get back in touch with a washing machine issue…

Great experience booking a visit for the next day. Olumber arrived and was friendly. He Investigated broken washing machine, identified broken part and provided and installed replacement part within an hour. Super service!
