The work done has been fantastic and at a fair price for what was required. Communication was great, with thorough advice that was completely quickly on the day including the collection of parts. Highly recommended and would look to rehire again for any future jobs.

Brilliant customer service from Kingfisher. Job posted, contacted, quoted and then completed within 24 hours. Dealt with a cracking set of lads both on the phone and in person at the job. Able to fit us in shortly after quotation - not a major job but brilliant to get it sorted so quickly all the same. Will definitely be my first port of call if the situation arises.

Bob quoted me £100 to fix what I beleievd was perished seals along my guttering. He sent someone out and they climbed the ladder and moved a handful of leafs and the job was done. (Approximately 15 steps climbed and 2minutes work) He still charged me £100 but said he would replace a dry verge cover that blew off in a storm so I didn't hesitate and paid the money. Its been 3 months now and he's ignoring messages and has not finished the job.

Great communication from Bob and the team. Appreciated the comforting and assuring approach for the job. Explained perfectly what needed doing, how they were going to do it. Arrived in a timely manner and completed the job perfectly and tidied after themselves which is appreciated.
