Really helpful - sensible solution to a minor repair saving ordering body part.

My car broke down on a school run, so luckily this garage came up in search. Ian was very friendly and professional. Once I got to the garage, he straight away diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and next day my car was ready! Very impressed with the service and professionalism! I will be back for the MOT and service from now on. Thank you!

I needed the brake cables on my Focus replaced for the MOT. I have them a call an they fitted me in the next day. After assessment I was given a call to inform me of parts needed and cost and overall cost, and a timescale. I was exceedingly happy with there communication and excellent work, how they updated me and the fact they could work in around my shifts. I'd have no problem recommending them and will take my car there in the future.

My Nissan Navarra needed an MOT and work done on a drive shaft and prop shaft. The Nissan dealership only diagnosed half the problems, quoted in excess of £3000 effectively saying the cost of repair outweigh the value of the car. Referred to Ian and Gavin by a friend, my first phone, speaking to Kirsty, i knew that they had a sincere interest in wanting to help AND do a good job. Ian was very clear on the process, potential work and cost bwfore doing anything, and had it all resolved and passed within days. Very efficient service and cost. You got a new client for life.
