Excellent service from start to finish. Kale was polite, professional and very clear in the process. Our staircase carpet has been fitted beautifully and we're extremely happy with the result.

Our experience with King Carpets Wales was very positive. Kale, of King Carpets, came to our house with samples and helped me select a good colour for our stairs. On the day of the installation, he and his colleague removed all the old carpets and underlay, which were embedded into the wood, vacuumed up all the debris and installed the carpet perfectly. The area was spotless when they left. They were polite, hardworking, and did a great job. Also, the carpet and installation costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend King Carpets Wales.
