Lucie and the team are excellent. The fitters are extremely knowledgeable. They provided lots of recommendations regarding material choices and installation considerations (width for rooms, pattern direction etc.) One the day of installation, we encountered some issues with subfloor creaking (which should have been fixed by main builder) and they lifted up the floorboards to help me fix the creak. Really diligent and really professional! Lastly the pricing is also very competitive, I've gotten quotes and reviewed about 10 companies and I would highly recommend King!
