James is simply not like any other bathroom fitter/plumber that I have ever met. It’s hard to overstate just how professional, thoughtful and hard working he is. He transformed our bathroom with his sound advice, perfect tiling and excellent plumbing work. He went way above and beyond what we had expected, and it was a real pleasure getting to know him. On top of that, his quote represented exceptional value for what was a pretty extensive job. James’ services are in high demand and so it might be a minute before he can start, but it is well worth the wait - highest recommendation.

Very personable and professional, did a really neat job on water heater and washing machine install in a tricky bathroom cupboard. Removed big tank to fit in and took away, tidied everything nicely.

James has renewed my bathroom from bath to walk in shower, new sink and toilet. He has been so thoughtful with the disruption to the only bathroom in the house. I didn't feel awkward when the toilet was needed and vacated the property during this time. I felt totally safe at all times. James is polite and extremely hard working. He replaced the tiles for floor to ceiling I was consulted to the overlap every line matched around the room and from floor to ceiling. It looks stunning I am so pleased with the result. When I can afford it he will be doing my kitchen. Thank you James.

James has carried out an entire bathroom renovation, from ripping out the old, to knock down and rebuild of a wall to make the space larger, including installation of a shower pump. The work James has produced is quality, I am blown away by the amazing end result! Very good at what he does and I am so happy to have gone with James, if you’re looking for high quality craftsmanship, reliable, great communication and someone you can leave to get on with the job. I highly reccomend James!

James completely remodelled our bathroom, including replacing a window, complete strip out of the old bathroom, changing a shower over bath arrangement into a separate deep soaker bath and walk in shower wet room space. Floor and wall tile work is also fantastic. James takes great pride in the quality of his work and the results show it. Also helps that he’s a really nice chap. Highly recommend
