Although we had a few weeks waiting time, the team were excellent in keeping us updated with text and email. The engineer called on the day to give me an approx time and completed the job brilliantly. He had an apprentice with him and both engineers were friendly and helpful. I liked the fact they used gloves and overshoes and protected my property even when I told them not to worry - would strongly recommend, great products and great people
