I like to use local companies . Kimbers are local to me. My wife and I visited the showroom and were impressed by the range and quality, but also by the sakes manager. The follow up appointment for measuring was also quick and the quote competitive. We were bound by a few things. Trying to match the colour and style to our existing carpets and timing constraints around building work and internal fitting of bespoke furniture build. To ensure delivery the sales manager contacted the supplier to confirm stock availability and to reserve the carpet we needed. Fitting is excellent. Thanks

The entire experience in dealing with Kimber Carpet store in New Milton has been first class. We were given expert advice from the courteous staff within the store regarding our carpet selection and final choice. Our carpets were fitted by Ben and Gordon who were a pleasure to have in our home. The carpets have been fitted to a high standard, they were unbelievably helpful and worked nonstop to complete the work.

Used this company before. Poor workmanship and poor after care Had to replace the a new door fitters took door off and broken the bottom corner of the door then try to move the door to another area of the house with other doors and try to hit it Still waiting for payment for the cost of it

We have used Kimbers in the past and as before from dealing with Paul in the showroom, Andrew the estimator and Martin the fitter, all aspects of the work have been professional and of the highest of standards.
