Absolutely brilliant. Quick to answer me, arrived as arranged, charged exactly as quoted. Extremely pleasant young man, did a fabulous job. Had a great chat and even ran me to the hole in the wall to pay! Couldn't be happier with the whole process.

Everything that was required to my system to provide hot water

Luke really pulled us out of a hole when we needed someone to look at our toilet and where let down twice by other plumbers. He arrived on time, was very reasonable and professional. I’ll be using Luke for future projects, really happy.
