⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Kieron who carried out the EPC assessment for my grandma’s property. After a very poor experience with another assessor who came highly recommended in the same area, I was understandably cautious. Kieran was the complete opposite: professional, friendly, and extremely communicative throughout. I was organising everything remotely from a different location, and he was very flexible and accommodating despite the geography. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and his pricing was the most cost‑effective option I found. Highly recommended and thank you.
