We asked for our gas fireplace to be removed.

From the moment Chris arrived he was fantastic, incredibly efficient and quick. Chris discovered that behind our fireplace was an old boiler which he was quick to diagnose and organise a follow up visit to remove. He worked around our schedule to his best ability coming times after 16:30! We are super impressed and will be having Chris back to service our boiler and any other plumbing jobs that need to be done. We are so so happy with the work!

Commercial Boiler Help&Advice

Chris came to help me on the recommendation of a builder friend, who had asked him to cap our gas so we can remove a huge defunct commercial heating system. Chris was so honest - he explained he couldn't touch a commercial system. When I explained that commercial engineers had told us they'd charge £2K to cap our gas and we simply couldn't do that, he was horrified. He told me NOT to pay that as it was morally wrong and to contact the gas board to see if they could do it. And then he didn't charge me a call-out fee because he said the misunderstanding wasn't my fault! I am so grateful to him.
