Kevin responded quickly to my invitation to quote for the job. He visited at the agreed time to assess the job. Having explained the work required he said he would email me a quote. A week later the quote had not arrived so I phoned and left a message asking him to try sending it again. He texted back saying he would do so. A fortnight later the quote has still not arrived. Hard to recommend a tradesman who ultimately does not get back to you!

This is a very well managed business. Everyone knows exactly what they are doing and execute it exceptionally well. The workmanship is of an extremely high standard. Any unforeseen issues were dealt with promptly and in the correct way with no corners cut. Everyone was polite and more than happy for us to observe at various stages showing us progress made and allowing us to ask questions, giving us total confidence in the integrity of their work. The finished roof is stunning and has received multiple compliments. I would have no hesitation in recommending KGR for any roofing work.

New roof tiles, battens and membrane to 1930 semi detached property

Kevin and the team replaced our main roof, battens and felt on our 1930s semi detached property. KGR were extremely competitive and provided a full breakdown quote. Absolutely delighted with the work done and the friendly team who kept the site clean everyday. We asked for our front porch to also be re tilled and clad in UPVC which we are very happy with. KGR provided many pictures during the job and even sorted out the building control regulations. If like me you don’t already have a recommendation for a good roofer then I would definitely recommend giving Kevin and his team a call.

Excellent, informative quote process. Communication wasn’t great whilst we were waiting for KGR to start the job & we had to wait a while. In hindsight, KGR are in demand & with a large workload, the wait was understood. Once starting the job, communication was brilliant. The team was punctual & hard working, polite & courteous. Kevin himself was present at all key stages of the job & helped to keep neighbour relations positive. The work was carried out quickly, quietly & neatly. The team cleaned up at the end of each day. We were really happy with KGR Roofing. The whole team were polite, friendly and worked hard on our roof installation in the cold and rain. They completed it in the timescale they had provided and for a very reasonable price. They cleaned up carefully at the end of the job.
