Kevin and his team completed all the work to an extremely high standard with a real attention to detail and no corners cut. Kevin arranged for building control to inspect the work and there were no issues. When additional work was needed, he gave options, explanations and valuable advice. All my questions were answered clearly and professionally. The team was very pleasant, professional, and cared about the quality of their work. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, and even went the extra mile. I’m very pleased with my new roof and would highly recommend Kevin and his team.

Kevin and his team did an excellent job replacing our main roof. From start to finish, they were professional and approachable. What stood out most was their attention to detail and respect for our property. Kevin followed up promptly after the work was completed, sending over the guarantee, insurance certificate, and the building control certificate. We highly recommend Kevin and his team who re-roofed our semi-detached house along with our neighbours. The work was carried out to a very high standard, efficiently and always with a "can do" attitude particularly if additional work was identified. Kevin and his team's work ethic is impressive and of note in this day and age and they're easy to have around. They left everything clean and tidy after finishing. They did take a while to arrive but they are good so worth the wait. Neighbours have already commented how good the roof looks.

Straight away, Kevin Gapper came across as someone with lots of experience. His quote was very competitive and we and our next door neighbour were happy to put our trust in him and his team. Good roofers are always busy and we had to wait our turn, but the wait was worth it. We have been very impressed with the team’s work ethic. They are a genuine family concern and the team were very friendly, caring of our properties and good at communicating issues/ options. They are true craftsmen with great attention to detail. Excellent and informative quote process. Gave us a price when visiting to assessed the roof, had full breakdown of quote emailed within days. Kevin and his team replaced our entire main roof and extension (battens, felt, tiles), Kevin and his whole team were polite, friendly and hard working. The team cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication was great when the work started. and we were kept updated through the whole process with pictures and The work was completed to a high standard and was carried out efficiently and neatly. We recently had our main roof fully re-roofed (new felt, battens and clay tiles) by Kevin and his team and we are very pleased with the outcome. The team worked efficiently, kept disruption to a minimum and left the property clean and tidy each day. Any questions I had were answered clearly and honestly. Any minor snagging issues I raised were dealt with promptly and without hesitation, which was appreciated. Building Control inspected and signed off the works without any issues. Overall, a professional service and I would not hesitate to recommend.
