KGR replaced our old flat roof with a modern, EPDM flat roof, plus a new skylight. The work was done quickly and the team was friendly and polite. Kevin dealt with the business side but also worked hard on the project himself, which was good to see. His original quote was reasonable and he gave us a good price for some extras. We are delighted with the result, which must have added value to our property. We would recommend KGR for flat roof works in Bristol.

The Kevin Gapper team have re-roofed both my house and kitchen extension roof, including replacing two chimney stacks. The work has been completed to an extremely high standard, they have tidied up and were careful to protect plants that were in the garden where they were working. I would give Kevin and team a ‘10’ and have recommended them to others in the area. I would mark them down for communication - Kevin and team are hard to get hold of, they know this – but the finished outcome is too good to knock any real points off. I would describe them as ‘reassuringly busy’!

Initial communication was limited but this improved during the work, and especially when unforeseen additional work arose. Kevin’s communication was very prompt, including photos of the issues and was quickly priced. The work was done to a high quality and his team were friendly. We managed to arrange for a few hundred tiles to be taken to a reclamation yard and Kevin was happy to accommodate this. Also he was very proactive in arranging the building regulations certificate, which certify the work and these quickly came through. We would recommend Kevin and his team

Kevin and his team are a delight to deal with. Following inspection and talking us through his recommendations, Kevin quickly provided a clearly broken down quotation, which competitively priced. From start of the job to the end, the whole team were polite, considerate, and efficient, with the whole process taking considerably less than we had anticipated. Kev’s communication was prompt throughout. Would recommend without hesitation and happily use again if a future property requires work.

Kevin responded quickly to my invitation to quote for the job. He visited at the agreed time to assess the job. Having explained the work required he said he would email me a quote. A week later the quote had not arrived so I phoned and left a message asking him to try sending it again. He texted back saying he would do so. A fortnight later the quote has still not arrived. Hard to recommend a tradesman who ultimately does not get back to you!
