  Installing level access disabled persons wetroom

  I am dissatisfied with KGM Property Services’ work on my wet room. Issues include: 1. Floor installed twice due to poor water flow. 2. Sewage pipe fitted twice, causing blockage. 3. Uneven tiles and subpar grouting. 4. Deviation from agreed floor cove. 5. Misrepresentation of wet room experience. I am claiming a full refund for rectification.

  My family has used Ken on a number of occasions and we had no hesitation in engaging him to carry out a complete re-fit of our kitchen. As expected we were not disappointed with Ken's work. Ken is very accommodating and will go out of his way to achieve your aspirations. Highly recommended

  Would highly recommend Ken - very good, kept us informed the whole way though and the finish is great. Bathroom looks great and very tidy throughout the build.
