I am sorry we let you down on this occasion, there was a genuine reason why I couldn’t make the appointment and that’s why I let you know in advance I couldn’t make it. Procedures have now been put in place to make sure a follow up is always arranged.
10 Fault with shower tripping out. All fixed within 24hrs of contact.

We recently had an EICR carried out by Kford Electrical Installations Ltd and were really impressed with the service. The electrician was a genuinely nice guy—very thorough and professional throughout the inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave helpful recommendations. I work from home and he was more than happy to work around my schedule, making sure the WiFi stayed available when I needed it. True to his word, the report and all recommendations were emailed to us that same evening. Great service—reliable, respectful, and efficient.
