    Unreliable and Poor Workmanship

    The roofer came on 4 Nov 2025 to fix a leaking roof he built for my house. After that, the roof was still leaking. Then he promised to come again on 23 Dec 2025 but he did not show up. A surveyor then found that the roof had a lot of defects including inadequate insulation detailing resulting in thermal bridging, non-compliant valley gutters, incorrectly installed roof underlay, and loose roof tiles presenting a safety risk.

    New tiled roof install

    We recently had a full new roof installed and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial quote through to completion, the team were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained the whole process clearly, kept everything tidy throughout, and completed the work on time and within the agreed budget. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do Communication was great the whole way through, any questions were answered quickly and honestly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled roofing work

    Roofing job

    Was meant to arrive at 8am and arrived early and was already working by 8am,literally didn’t stop working until he finished at 6pm,the best tradesman I’ve had at my house (and I’ve had loads) was polite and well mannered and I will be recommending him He’s well priced and excellent value for money,thoroughly recommended I can’t speak highly enough of him and he stayed at the end to tidy everything up Dealing with him from start to finish was very easy and I was very impressed 5 stars from me

    I highly recommend Keysafe roofing!!! I recently used the Keysafe roofing and I couldn’t be happier!! I have use them a few times for leaks in our ceilings and they are always quick, clean and confident finding the problem! The quality of workmanship is excellent and always keep us updated with what needs to be done! They are professional and efficient always leaving everything clean and tidy after their work!!
