I cannot praise Keymer Double Glazing highly enough, from initial survey, through to provision of a competitive quote and installation. Installation was first class - from starting the work when they said they would, the care taken over the installation, incredible tidiness and clear up and overall attitude and quality of the installers. I would highly recommend Keymer Double Glazing Ltd.

Their Surveyor accepted that failure of glazing was covered by warranty. 4 weeks later they said we would have to pay for replacement and it was not covered.

The DGU's in the bifold doors had failed in 2024 after installation in 2016. The bifold doors were covered by an insurance backed guarantee which Keymer honoured. They dealt with the process in a very professional manner and installed replacement units on 24 July 2024 A great team who did a great job and left everything clean We will look to use Keymer for future double glazing needs

I and my family have been customers of Keymer D G for many years for full window replacements and a conservatory. Their work and installers have always been punctual, professional and tidy. I called a few days ago as the lock on my 5 yr old front door was becoming stiff to lock. The chap visited exactly as arranged a few days later wearing Covid PPE and cheerfully sorted it, no quibble, under their 10 year warranty. Top quality service.

Superb job completed by two very capable tradesman (Shane and Tim). The standard of work was exemplary, we were hoping for a good finish but we got a great one. The site was tidied up each day with debris removed and little left for us to do. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and we were kept informed of what was planned for that day and the next. We really can't fault the service from quote to completion of the work. We'd highly recommend Keymer Double Glazing to anyone.
