Mark came out to assess our door lock and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He managed to find a replacement gearbox for our 15 year old door, ordered and replaced it the next day. The door now locks and operates better than it has ever done. Mark is very professional, tidy and polite who we will not hesitate to recommend or use again.
