We had lost the keys to our back door and went on checkatrade to find a locksmith we requested a quote from three tradespeople mark was the first to get in touch and requested a few details about-our door and gave a very reasonable estimate we then got back in touch and he came back with a date and time to suit us he arrived on time and was very pleasant he carried out the work professionally and promptly and explained any follow up we may need he was very polite and considerate when coming into our home and I would certainly recommend him

Mark changed the locks when we bought our new home. He was really quick at responding to my messages and kept me well informed. The quality of his work was excellent, he was very tidy and left everything clean. He was also really knowledgeable, friendly and gave me great advice. I will definitely be recommending him to friends.

Front door wouldn't lock when key barrell broke. Phoned Mark and was here in an hour. Fixed door on the spot and gave options and advice as he worked through the repair. Quoted price range upfront and final cost was within range. Big thanks to Mark and would thoroughly recommend his services.

Great communication at all times. He arrived managed to get the patio door unlocked and opened. He explained what needed to be done and the cost involved, and changed out the lock mechanism, there and then. He ensured that it was working properly before he left.
