good communication, reasonable price and great work very pleased all around.

Mark was very efficient and knows his stuff. He managed to fix a lock rather than having to replace it and adjusted the fit of a door and did some drilling ( and cleaned up perfectly ) to secure it further in about an hour. I would definitely recommend and use him again in the future when required.

We had lost the keys to our back door and went on checkatrade to find a locksmith we requested a quote from three tradespeople mark was the first to get in touch and requested a few details about-our door and gave a very reasonable estimate we then got back in touch and he came back with a date and time to suit us he arrived on time and was very pleasant he carried out the work professionally and promptly and explained any follow up we may need he was very polite and considerate when coming into our home and I would certainly recommend him
