We contacted Key Force as we had an issue with our front door, that was not locking fully. The service was excellent especially since it was a bank holiday weekend. Everything was explained to us about the issue was and how the lock would be repaired. Would definitely recommend Key Force.

Locked myself out (with a key in the back of the door from the inside). Rang and was visited within 10 mins, and the issue was solved a further 5 mins later, much to my relief! Have saved the details in case of further need in the future but can't thank you enough.

My back door would not unlock causing chaos with a puppy who constantly wants to come in and out. Michael dropped his own personal plans to come straight out and managed to unlock the door and fit a new locking mechanism. He was very quick and professional and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
