My bifold door lock handle sheared off. I got key force details from check a trade. I phoned Michael that afternoon. He asked me to send photos. 5 minutes later he said he knew what was wrong and would have to get the part. He arrived as arranged at 9am the following morning cheerful. He explained what had happened and why and changed the broken part quickly and efficiently and took away the broken part. I happily paid the bill less than £100. I’m very grateful and have added his details to my contacts a great find.

After having fallen victim to a cowboy, Michael came and sorted out the lock at a reasonable price. Honest, personable and highly recommended.
