  Good design/advice, quick installation, good follow up customer care

  After a site visit, the number and location of solar PV panels suited the orientation and shape of our house and garage roofs. The quote was detailed. They arranged scaffolding, and the installers were quick, installing and setting up panels, inverter and batteries . We got all the guarantees/warranties/registration documentation. They responded to a few queries about how to get apps back online, and later gave good advice on how to increase our battery power. They then moved the inverter and installed the new batteries, also helping with advice on how to sell on the old ones.

  Great knowledge and no sales tactics

  St John was the only person who came around to my house and gave an honest explanation of how solar works. The best I would be able to get out of the system and didn’t try to over sell me a system I didn’t require. I did go back the following year to add to the system and they were responsive again. It was good that St John showed me the output of other people’s systems and his own too. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Kew Solar if you are thinking of getting them.

  Use Kew Solar & get the best service....with a smile.

  Kew Solar have looked after my existing Solar Edge 4K system, installed in 2011, for the past 6 years, when an Optimiser failed & his is an Authorised Solar Edge warranty company. 4 years ago he supplied & fitted my solar battery storage system and inverter. This visit was to change the inverter from the WiFi network to a hard cable connection, which is more stable & is needed to adjust my daily storage settings & to supply another 2.4Kw battery. The owner is always accessable, very well informed & the invoice charges are lower than I have ever found from other 'so-called' solar experts.
