  Excellent customer service from initial contact through to completion. Jo at the office was very efficient in making arrangements and Kevin and his son Harvey arrived promptly and were both very tidy and professional in carrying out a selection of jobs. Would definitely recommend.

  Top-notch Electrician

  A complete update of our aging consumer fuse board was required along with ancillary work. Prices for parts needed were quoted, timelines discussed, office admin kept me up to date in friendly email exchanges. The work was carried out over two days in a very efficient and relaxed way, very tidy and polite. All house circuits were tested, some retested and OK'd. All necessary Certificates were produced in a timely manner. A really excellent job and well recommended for any householder looking a top-notch electrician.

  Kevin has always responded promptly to our requests for attention to our electric AGA cooker. His office calls back with an appointment time when they say they will and he can be relied upon to arrive in good time or to phone if he has been delayed. He is a clean and polite workman who gets on with the job in hand without fussing about. He cleans up after his work and we have never had to call him back for further attention to whatever he has been doing. An altogether reliable workman.

  As well as being a very skilled general electrician Kevin is an expert on electric Aga stoves. Many electricians do not have the knowledge to service these. He always responds very quickly when needed and is always polite and cheerful.

  Kevin and his son arrived on time as arranged and carried out the works including repositioning my garden tool rack which was in the way of the lowered consumer unit. Have used this electrician before and have no hesitation in recommending or using again.
