Response to request for help was within minutes. The most helpful engineer called Kris suggested firstly that I could check easily what had caused the tripping to reduce the need for a call out charge for an issue that did not actually require an electrician. He explained and then sent written instructions. I did what he suggested and it was indeed just a fridge freezer. He followed up to check that all was well. No charge just kind support. I would contact this company for any future electrical issues.
