Had a small leak from a previously fitted roof by Kestrel. They came the next day in the morning, honouring their guarantee. Job is holding up in this very wet winter.

Fantastic job on our new roof! The crew was friendly, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing. Jack made sure any issues were attended to even over Christmas and New Year, which was amazing service. The work was completed on time and the end result looks fantastic. Great communication and fair pricing too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Jack and his team did a great job replacing our old flat roof. We have had many issues with the roof in the past. Jack understood the issues and had good suggestions for how to solve them for a reasonable price. It’s been three months now and there has been a lot of rain in that time, so it’s been well tested! During the job the existing glass got broken, but the team were very upfront and honest when sorting this and covered the cost of the repair completely. They were tidy and easy to have around. Would definitely recommend.

The leak was fixed around my extractor fan pipe and sustained the following heavy rain. As usual I got a honest opinion on my flat roof and what I could do in the future to maintain it without the usual pressure I sometimes get from other roofers wanting to redo everything without inspecting in depth. Kestrel were also competitive with the pricing, another roofer was charging me 3 times more for same job. Also they waited the weather was good to apply the fix.
